About Me
I started drawing before I could explain why. There was something about putting a thing on paper and making it feel *real* — the weight of it, the shadow, the moment frozen in it. Tattooing was just the logical end of that obsession. Skin is permanent. That changes everything about how carefully you have to think before you pick up a machine.
Autopsy is a one-person shop by design. I keep the schedule tight because I'd rather do fewer pieces and do them right. Most of what I make lives somewhere between realism and illustration — detailed enough to stop you, stripped back enough to stay clean. No clutter. No filler. Every element in a piece earns its place or it doesn't make the cut.
If you're thinking about a piece, come in with a reference, come in with a vibe, or come in with nothing but a general idea — I'm used to working from all three. What I'm not great at is rushing. Good work takes the time it takes, and I think you already know that or you wouldn't be here.
